Bacau doesn't look like the quiet Romanian town it is supposed to be. Certain parts of the city are bustling and full of energy, while other parts seem simply devoid of life.

Bacovia's city is a modern european city, and at the same time a depressing relic.

You manage to snap only a few pictures as you pass by quite a surprising number of landmarks. The driver is nice enough to present you a few of the buildings, as best as he can. The town's architecture is an unique mix of interwar stylishness and communist rigidity.
